What kind of data?
We capture certain data categories, which derive from your use of our Service. Some of these are technical necessary to provide you with this Service or are used for anonymous statistical analysis to improve the Service, prevent threats and fix bugs, which represents a legitimate interest under the GDPR. These data categories include IP-Address, Device Specific ID, Device Information and Anonymous Usage Profiles. For certain functionality we might require further personal data. IP-Address
An IP-Address is necessary for every server to provide data to you. Some third parties use it to maintain system security and stability and to derive a coarse location (e.g. city). As an IPAddress could potentially be associated to your person, we try to avoid saving it if possible or reduce the retention period to the minimum. We furthermore try to anonymise your IPAddress, if possible.
App Specific ID
An App Specific ID is a random code generated by us on your device and enables attribution across multiple sessions. We use it to gather advanced statistical data and to improve the Service for you. As newtrex does not associate any personal data with is and no other application has access to this ID, it can't be used to identify a person. To reset the App Specific ID, please delete the relevant Cookies.
Device Information
This data enables us to evaluate, with which technology our users access our Services and to derive future development decisions.
Anonymous Usage profiles
We collect Anonymous Usage Profiles to evaluate potential issues in the app. These cannot be used to identify individual users.
Your data rights
You can request access, correction, update or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us or the respective third party or by using relevant functions built into this Service. You can also request portability of your personal data by contacting us or the respective third party or by using relevant functions built into this Service. If we use personal data based on your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or the respective third party or using relevant functions built into this Service. Withdrawing consent will not affect the legal status of prior processing. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority about our practices. Data retention
newtrex will process and store the personal data of the data subject only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of storage, or as far as this is granted by the EU legislator or other legislators in laws or regulations to which the data controller is subject to. If the storage purpose is not applicable, or if a storage period prescribed by the EU legislator or another competent legislator expires, the personal data are routinely blocked or erased in accordance with legal requirements.

As the data controller, newtrex has implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational measures to ensure the most protection of personal data processed through this Service. Google Web Fonts
Google Web Fonts is a provider of custom Fonts for websites. It enables newtrex to use a wide variety of fonts. For Google Web Fonts to work it is technically necessary to transmit your IP Address. Your IP Address will only be used for the purpose of delivering fonts to your browser.

Firebase
Firebase is a provider of backend services for apps and websites. For example databases, user authentication and file storage. newtrex may store personal data you provide including login data on Firebase systems. Contract data processing
We have executed a contract data processing agreement with Google and are implementing the stringent provisions of the German data protection agencies to the fullest when using Google Analytics.
Demographic parameters provided by Google Analytics
This website uses the function „demographic parameters“ provided by Google Analytics. It makes it possible to generate reports providing information on the age, gender and interests of website visitors. The sources of this information are interest-related advertising by Google as well as visitor data obtained from third party providers. This data cannot be allocated to a specific individual.
